Lenzly provides workflow tools for photography studios, including:

• Service and event booking pages
• Client data collection
• Media upload and organization
• Client-specific gallery access
• Email and SMS link delivery

Lenzly does not claim ownership over uploaded content.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and lawful information

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content uploaded to Lenzly.

By uploading content, you grant Lenzly a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide services.

4. Client Consent

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from clients before:

• Collecting their contact details
• Storing their information
• Sending them gallery links

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Lenzly to:

• Upload unlawful or infringing content
• Send unsolicited spam
• Abuse messaging functionality
• Attempt to disrupt platform operations

Accounts violating these rules may be suspended.

6. Payments (If Applicable)

If paid plans are introduced:

• Fees will be disclosed before purchase
• Payments are billed according to your selected plan
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Limitation of Liability

Lenzly is provided “as is.”

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.
