- Uploaded media files

Information collected through Lenzly is used to:
- Facilitate booking workflows
- Organize and deliver gallery access
- Send client-specific links via email or SMS when initiated by the photographer
- Improve and maintain platform performance
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
3. Third-Party Services
Lenzly integrates with trusted third-party providers to deliver certain features:
- Hubtel (SMS delivery)
- Resend (Email delivery)
These providers process data strictly for message delivery and operate under their own privacy policies.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data and uploaded content.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Photographer Responsibility
Photographers are responsible for:
- Obtaining appropriate consent from clients

Lenzly acts as a service provider and does not control how photographers use client data.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained as long as necessary to provide services or until deleted by the user. Users may request account deletion at any time.
