Refund Policy

At Lenzly, we are committed to providing a reliable platform for photography studios. If the platform does not meet your expectations, we offer a limited refund policy as outlined below.

Event Pass Refunds

Event Pass purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • No photos have been uploaded to the event
  • No delivery links have been generated
  • No bulk delivery has been initiated
  • No QR code has been generated

Once the event has been used for uploads or delivery, it is considered active and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Studio Pro Subscription Refunds

Studio Pro subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first subscription.

After 7 days:

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

  • Repeated subscription and cancellation cycles
  • Suspicious activity
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Plan purchased
  • Reason for refund

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days where approved.

Payment Processing Fees

Where applicable, payment processing fees may be deducted from refunded amounts.
